Are telehealth visits included?
Yes. Telehealth visits are included for both self-pay and membership patients when clinically appropriate.
Can Medicare patients be seen?
Yes. Medicare patients may be seen under a private contract acknowledging that Medicare does not pay for services provided by this practice.Membership is allowed but does not replace Medicare coverage.
Is This Legal and Safe?
Yes.
Federal Medicare regulations allow physicians to opt out and enter into private contracts with Medicare beneficiaries. This practice follows those rules and provides clear documentation to every patient.
